Some days, being a survivor doesn’t feel like a celebration. Some days you're tired, frustrated, emotional, or simply trying to figure out what life looks like now after breast cancer healing. And that’s okay. I want you to remember something: you’ve already made it through days you didn’t know how you would get through. You don’t have to be strong every minute of every day, nor do you need to pretend everything is wonderful just because treatment is over. Give yourself permission to have a difficult day without believing you’re experiencing a difficult life. Remember, healing isn’t always about getting back to who you were before cancer; it’s sometimes about personal growth after cancer and discovering the woman you’re becoming. Tonight, focus on three things: 🌸 Your feelings are valid. 🌸 Your progress matters, even when it’s slow. 🌸 You still have beautiful moments ahead of you. And when you need a little extra encouragement, hold onto Philippians 4:13 — 'I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.' You don’t have to have everything figured out tonight. Tomorrow is another opportunity to keep moving forward. 💗 The ABIII — Awakening Beyond Illness Into Identity
